The architect interprets the changes of light and shadow in an abstract way. He has set up channels of light in the space through a combination of aluminium chains and light. Light plays an important role in architectural interiors and we tend to focus on artificial light at the expense of natural light. This use of material and light in decorative design in interior spaces has inspired and inspired me and I will be applying this design to my work.
